New Century Armored Logistics (NCAL) is an organization that replenishes and services ATMs in the Midwest. NCAL is based in St. Louis, Missouri, with a regional office in Peoria, Illinois. The company will soon be expanding with a regional office in Kansas City, Missouri. NCAL currently services nine states in the Midwest.

The roots of NCAL go back to 1987 when U.S. Armored was opened as a cash-in-transit and ATM servicing company. Through industry changes and customer demands, U.S. Armored saw a niche with growth potential, and in 2000 Elite ATM/courier service was created to replenish ATMs in St. Louis, southern Missouri and southern Illinois. In 2004 Elite merged with Welch Cash Replenishment Company (WCRC), a Peoria-based full-service ATM company that was started in 1998. This merger allowed service to existing customers throughout central and eastern Missouri, along with the entire state of Illinois.

In the fourth quarter of 2007 Brian Livingston was named president of WCRC. To show the company’s commitment in being on the forefront of servicing and customer ordering/reporting, the corporation was renamed New Century Armored Logistics, LLC.

During the first quarter of 2008, NCAL purchased Morphis, a software system that streamlines ATM customer ordering and reporting. This system allows NCAL's home office to view real-time loads on any truck at any given time of the day, while also providing multiple platforms for customers to place daily replenishment requests.

With well over 60 years of combined service in the industry, current NCAL employees carry an extensive knowledge of customer needs and industry demands. This knowledge allows the employees to thoroughly check customers’ equipment, during each and every replenishment. NCAL customers have all first-line service issues fixed at the time of replenishment and are provided with extensive information regarding any issue that would need second-line service attention. The combination of the experience of NCAL representatives and ongoing training helps to save NCAL customers time and money.

NCAL plans to grow in the marketplace because of the ATM knowledge that NCAL employees pride themselves in, along with NCAL investment in the industry’s first real-time reconciliation and reporting software database. Furthermore, NCAL’s hybrid cash-swap process lowers customer’s credit lines, thus providing savings to their interest expenses month after month.
